Frequently Asked Questions
How often will you inspect my home?
We visit weekly — even on our monthly monitoring plan. Every month includes four weekly visits so your home is never going more than 7 days without a set of trained eyes on it.
What happens if you find a problem?
We contact you immediately with photos and a clear description of the issue. If it requires urgent attention, we can coordinate a trusted local vendor — with your approval — to get it handled right away.
Do you have a key to my home?
Yes — we hold a key securely and use it only for scheduled inspections. We treat access to your home with the utmost respect and professionalism.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, giving you peace of mind that your property — and your investment — is protected.
Do you handle pool maintenance?
We don't perform pool chemical maintenance — most homeowners already have a pool service for that. We do visually inspect the pool area, deck, and equipment during every visit and report anything that looks off.
What areas do you serve?
We currently service Colonial Country Club. We are locally based and personally perform every inspection.
