John and Rosie bring over 35 years of rental property management experience and 25+ years managing their own investment properties. Before moving to Florida, Rosie spent 26 years working for the City of Des Moines, Iowa in the Housing Division — working directly with landlords and tenants, learning every detail of what it takes to keep a property safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
After retiring, John and Rosie made the move to Colonial Country Club in Fort Myers — and it didn't take long to see the need. Neighbors heading north for the summer, seasonal homeowners leaving their properties unattended for months at a time, and no one truly keeping a personal eye on things.
So they did what they've always done — they got to work. Tall and Small Home Watch was born from a simple belief: your home deserves the same care and attention we'd give our own.
